SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love your Just Right Bite Treats. Please review the policy below.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping to addresses in the United States. Orders over $50 ship free.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 60 Miles of Seattle, Washington. For orders under $50, we charge $3 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9-6 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
If you don’t love the product, no sweat. We have a 15-day refund policy on our perishable products. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund on your first purchase. Due to stringent quality control measures, we cannot accept returns of perishable products.
To request a refund or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, we will notify you within two business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
